Can I return the product?
In case of not being satisfied with the product, the customer has the possibility of making the return, according to legal rights established by the current Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (right of withdrawal). To proceed, the client will send email with all the fields completed to the address info@gigacrysta.eu
The return can be made during the first 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
We will take care of the withdrawal of the product at your home, charging you only the transport costs derived from the return itself. So that you can exercise the right of withdrawal without any problem, the returned product:
- You have to prepare it with the complete original packaging, with all its elements and accessories. *
- It must be in perfect condition, without showing signs of improper use. * One of our technicians will check the status of the product, if the return is appropriate we will refund the price paid for the product within a maximum period of 2-3 calendar days.
- In the event that they are returned without said original packaging or with damage, the amount that will be paid to the customer for the return of the product will be deducted from the amount that corresponds according to the status of the returned product.
